Journey Pad/Mattress *	I will bring my own fold out mattress/thick pad and blanket for journeys I am traveling by plane and can not bring my own We require everyone to come with their own mattress/thick pad and blanket to stay comfortable during 5-6 hour journeys. We do have some extras that are reserved for people traveling to the retreat via plane who can not bring their own.
Cancellation Policy *	I have read and accept the cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy: Same Summit does not offer refunds of any kind for the retreat deposit. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. Should you need to cancel with more than 30 days until the retreat date, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount (less deposit). Should you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat date, 50% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Finally, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made within 14 days of the retreat date. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness/death, COVID-19 or personal emergencies. We do not offer refunds or credit for a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance. If Same Summit must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment amount (less the deposit which can be applied to another retreat) to your original payment method. Same Summit is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Post Retreat Integration Plan *	In addition to the post-retreat integration Same Summit provides we strongly suggest that each guest have a plan for following up with a coach, therapist or integration group. Please tell us a bit about how you plan to be supported after our retreat.

Payments do not include the cost of plant medicines. *	I understand that payments made through Retreat Guru do not include the cost of: psychedelic medicines. Medicines may be provided, offered, or distributed by a third party spiritual organization. Participants must review and sign any documentation required by this third party spiritual organization prior to engaging in such activities.. Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto. All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service.
